    A: That light has no diffuser on it. It's open on the bottom.

  • Q: What is the diameter of the cylinder? How large a room would this illuminate?

    A: The diameter is 22". The max wattage is 120 or 2 60 watt which would not give off much light for a room it is mainly used for accent light I would guess maybe a 10' by 12' room.

I kind of thought that the shade was rigid - it's actually a fabric sleeve that fits over the frame. kind of cheapo looking.

I'm sorry I bought this lamp, it looks really bad and cheap. spandex doesn't work for me. I wish there was some way of making it look better.
